• Clean all interior of windows and grilles

• Clean all doors and gates

• Clean balcony (if any)

• Clean all bathrooms

(incl tiled walls, floor, basin, toilet bowl & fittings, etc)

• Sweep & Vacuum all floor areas

• Mop all floor areas

• Clean kitchen area

(incl wipe tiled walls, stove & hob, sink, countertops & fittings, ext of fridge, etc)

• Clean exterior of all furniture

• Clean interior shelving (if empty)

• Clean interior of cabinets (if empty)

• Clean fans (if any)

• Clean ext of light fittings

• Clean glass surfaces (mirrors, doors, etc)

• Empty Trash

• Other chores as requested

	Weekdays From $210.00 - Mondays to Fridays (excluding public holidays) - Between 9am - 6pm
	Weekends $245.00 - Saturdays & Sundays (excluding public holidays) - Between 9am - 6pm

4 Rm HDB or area not exceeding 1100sqf
	From 2 cleaners \| 9 man hours
	Weekdays $270.00 - Mondays to Fridays (excluding public holidays) - Between 9am - 6pm
	Weekends $315.00 - Saturdays & Sundays (excluding public holidays) - Between 9am - 6pm

5 Rm HDB or area not exceeding 1400 sqf
	From 2 cleaners \| 10 man hours
	Weekdays $300.00 - Mondays to Fridays (excluding public holidays) - Between 9am - 6pm
	Weekends $350.00 - Saturdays & Sundays (excluding public holidays) - Between 9am - 6pm
